WALA how sea creatures and plants and how they have adapted to their environment.

Something I learned is that the sea goes down to 11,000 meters.

Something I need to work on is facts about the sea.

WALT use a range of strategies to solive multiplication and division problems.

My next step is I use my knowledge of place value to solive problems that require me to multiply a two digit number by a one digit number or rounding strategies to solive more complex problems.

Road safety

WALT understand how road rules keep us all safe.

We have been looking at all of the people who use the road and why it is important to have rules to keep all of us safe.

Next time we are looking at how and why rules are created.

WALT Use personification and metaphor to create pictures for our readers.

Personification is when you talk or write about an object as if it was a person.

Metaphor is when you say an object is something it is not and then you tell us why you think it is like that.

I think I did well on my spelling.

I need to work on is my personification and metaphor - understanding what they are.

Reading term 1

I like reading because it takes you on a journey.
